Sergio Chacon Hoffmann
International Consultant
Mr. Chacon Hoffmann attended the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) for his Bachelor in Political Science and commenced his professional duties as part of Chilean Diplomatic Services.
He actively participated at the Chilean Consulate General at Los Angeles as Chancellor and Honorary Adjunct Consul as well as in Trade Commissions (as of 1976). In the years to come Mr. Chacon Hoffmann specialized in Intellectual Property matters with studies in Europe and in the United States of America to gain expertise in both international and U.S. prosecution of patents, designs and trademarks. This expertise expanded to consulting on intellectual property services rendered through U. S. and foreign law firms for over twenty years.

Antonio Villalobos Darrigrandi
Attorney at Law – Of Counsel
Mr. Villalobos Darrigrandi received his law degree from the University of Chile, School of Law, in 1966. During his years of practice, he has specialized in civil and business law, providing legal services to small and mid size businesses in Chile for the Firm’s local and international clients. The practice areas with special mention have been real estate, fruit and food exports, settlement of warranty insurance policies, formation of business enterprises in Chile, and representation of Chilean nationals outside of the national territory.
Mr. Villalobos Darrigrandi has served in the capacity of General Counsel and Of Counsel to various entities, including Ugarte & Larrain Real Estate Builders and Brokers (1966 -1976); LB Ice Cream Factory (1980 -1995), El Esfuerzo Landholdings and Fruit Exports (2000), among others.
During 2008 Mr. Villalobos Darrigrandi was instrumental in coordinating and assisting the participants of two key international groups interested in large size investments in real estate and tourism.
Mr. Villalobos Darrigrandi holds private practice in the capital city of Santiago, Chile with liaisons offices in different parts of the world to provide international services to its client base. As the Managing Partner, Mr.Villalobos works close with all partipants to ensure every aspect of our client’s goals are met.
Patricio Madariaga
International Business Consultant
Patricio Madariaga is an International Business Consultant who assists clients to settle down in Chile and other South American countries or to sell and introduce their products and services in foreign markets using his own worldwide network. Companies like Mc Donnell Douglas, Off Set Programs; Global Food Technologies, Inc. from CA, or The Vincit Group from Chattanooga TN, or Integrated Natural Resources – INR’s from Las Vegas NV or the Ekstrand Capital Group from Florida, have appointed Patricio as their representative in South America. Patricio has more than 45 years of experience in international business, marketing and selling products and services.
After his early retirement from the Chilean Army Commission, discharged with honors, Patricio assumed technical positions at The General Tire and Rubber International Co. in Akron Ohio. Upon completion of his own in-company training, he was assigned to provide technical services to GT subsidiaries in Latin America. General INSA in Chile, and five years later Productos General a GT manufacturing facility in Venezuela where he spent five years lending technical and commercial services to manufacturing, sales and marketing of tires and tubes as well as Vinyl, polypropylenes, polyurethanes and a number of other rubber and plastic products manufactured by the General Tire and Rubber Co. overseas.
Following GTR’s closing in Venezuela, Patricio returned to Chile once he finished his Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration at UCV.
At this time, Patricio was invited to become part of the newly created government Export Promotion Center at the time a new Commercial Service developed by the Chilean-government named ProChile. (New Chilean Department of Commerce)
Duly trained at the School of Diplomats, Patricio received the appointment as the Exports Director of ProChile; he was one of the pioneers in the organization and the opening and training of Commercial Offices of Chile overseas.
After the opening of Chilean Trade Offices in different countries worldwide Patricio began to market, sell the first agriculture and fish products from Chile in Central America. Then moved to the East Coast of the United States; within three years with proved successful results, the Chilean government appointed Patricio as Trade Commissioner of Chile to the West Coast of the United States and three years later, added the position of Consul General of Chile in Los Angeles, California to his duties.
Patricio was actively involved in the international business development of Chile’s agriculture, wine, salmon fish and seafood as well as in the lumber exports to the West Coast of the United States. Once a new government took office in Chile, Patricio resigned his positions and was honorably discharged from ProChile and from his diplomatic duties in the United States.
Thanks to his excellent contacts in the U.S. and Latin America, Patricio began to offer his international consulting services in the US. Companies like Northrop invited him to join their own South Korean Offset Programs, later on including a number of other US companies with well-known Korean name organizations to successfully open markets in South America.
While working to introduce BAM Agriculture Solutions fertilizers inputs from Zero Gravity Solutions (NASA technologies) in the San Joaquin Valley in California, he met with a good number of friends who had helped him before to introduce the Chilean fresh fruit products as well as in southern Florida in the USA. Later on in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Paraguay he had the opportunity to meet different types of fertilizer distributors, study centers, universities and specialized centers for the development of fertilizer products, which also helped BAM agriculture solutions.
Patricio is bilingual in Spanish and English languages since childhood. A Chilean Military Academy graduated Army Commission Officer in the Branch of Artillery; a Central University of Venezuela (UCV) BA graduate, who completed his professional education in International Business at different well known Universities and government Study Centers in Chile, Brazil and in the United States among other academic training plans at private and government institutions.
Patricio is also a qualified international trade consultant with extensive experience in advanced management processes. Uses his communication skills to build meaningful, trusting relationships that exceed customer demands. He is a highly skilled project manager with excellent team leadership skills to consistently meet the objectives.
At present he joins efforts with ET SEQ LLC to offer his knowledge, contacts and experience to help those individuals or companies interested in expanding their commercial presence locally or internationally.
